Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread 1 cup chopped pecans on the bottom of a buttered 13x9 cake pan.
On top of nuts put 1 cup coconut, then pour
Earthquake Cake
So called because the top usually cracks
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 bar butter or margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
Line bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan with pecans and coconut. Mix the cake mix
following box directions.

1 cup each coconut, chopped pecans
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 pkg (18.25 oz,) devil's food cake mix
1 pkg (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 box (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 350º F.

cake mix as directed. Toss coconut pecans together spread on a 9x13 pan
sprayed

8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 (1 lb) powdered sugar
Instructions:
Grease 9x13 cake pan. Cover bottom of pan with nuts and coconut. Mix cake as
directed on package. Pour cake batter
