did you try to create a group, then to invite someone "from or out of
the groop" (ATTENDEE) ?
I did several times, and it freeze the group...
I use the xml configuration file.
and the client is ical on OSX 10.5.5

I found out that the newest version does not work on hardy. 1.2 does!
But when I realized, that DCS is available as debian package with full
kerberos and GSSAPI support I upgraded to intrepid. Unfortunately the
documentation is quite bad.
