We will need to create a fork of: https://github.com/callback/callback-js
Unless that exists somewhere already :)

I'll chime in on the testing bit (this discussion has derailed quickly :P)
Moving forward, each project repository needs to have unit tests - this is
the bare minimum in my mind. So, each native implementation needs unit
tests in the spirit of what Joe has been working on this past month to get
it
I have 1.4.0 stored on github.com/callback/phonegap. The release needs a
temp home until we get official apache releases. Also, I am going to
update github.com/phonegap to point to apache servers.

I think we agreed to remove callback and cordova in favor of apache
mirrors. I'm supportive of that idea. Think we should keep some of
github.com/phonegap around for now.
Thoughts, problems, concerns?
Hey Guys,
Bug has been fixed, I am going to package up 1.4.1. I need people to tag
their repos again. I haven't got my committer status yet or not I would do
it.

thats rather awesome validation if you ask me!
This is precisely why I was using Python in a bunch of disconnected
shell scripts in the orig Cordova prototype work. Agree however that
using Node would be a preferable tool for the job overall. A Python
shim for the bits that it cannot do is completely pragmatic.

Report I saw in the Phonegap forum; I didn't try to verify, but if
true should probably be fixed in 1.4.1 as well:

We're excited to upgrade our iOS project, but the upgrade instructions

Hey Joe,
What tests fail on Contacts for you? When I ran the automated tests in
mobile spec against the 1.4.0.4c1 tag 88 of 88 automated tests passed. As
well, when I ran the manual contact tests in mobile spec they pass as well.
One of the bugs fixed in 1.4.0 allows you to add a contact to the ph

Dear podling,
This email was sent by an automated system on behalf of the Apache Incubator
PMC.
It is an initial reminder to give you plenty of time to prepare your quarterly
board report.
The board meeting is scheduled for Wed, 15 February 2012, 10:00:00 PST. The

One thing we do with Webworks is that as part of our build process, we
"compile" config.xml into a runtime config.json artifact that plugs right into
our runtime code.
So, to Brian's point earlier I think, config.xml is really UI for the
developer. But I'd add that specifying the actual runtime
