I want to improve my spoken calling voice. Can anyone in the Boston area recommend a voice coach? How do I evaluate a coach before deciding to work with one? If you reply privately I’ll assume you don’t want it republished to the group. Public replies might be more helpful to everyone, though.

Choose easy dances. The music is usually hard enough, and fun enough. Easy can allow for extra flourishes to add even more spice. Live or mixed recordings? If live then it should be perfectly square AABB. If mixed, the only thing you can count on is 8-beat phrases. Also if mixed you need to lis
