Venerable Hok Sovan is a chief buddist monks in Montreal, Canada. Venerable
Time Sakhan was a chief buddhist monk in Phnom Den, Takeo. He was arrested
ambiguously by Hun Sen's secret police and was sent to Hanoi. Hanoi, however,
always claims the it won't interfere any one affair from the beginning. Hanoi
denies repeatedly that it never interferes Cambodian affair at all. Now it is
time confirm the UN and/ or the world about Tim Sakhan's incident to see how
Hanoi plays out.

It was almost at noon in the broad day light he was arrested inside Wat Phnom
Den's Temple in front of people. Right after the arrest, he was sent to
Hanoi's prison by Hun Sen and Tep Vong. He was forced to be defrocked on the
way to Hanoi, he was was subjected to fellatio by adult Vietnamese females. He
was stripped naked. The adult Vietnamese females stimulated his genital (
penis) stroking against their genitals ( vargina) and forced him to have sex
with them, but he refused. With Tim Sakhan's refusal, the Vietnamese
interrogators grabbed his head smashed against the wall repeately. He was
severely, he was fainted uncountable times. He was injected with poison
medicine---the intention was to kill him. Miracuously, he was survived.
Normally, when we are arrested by Vietnamese, we would definetely be killed and
the bodies are thrown to crocodiles as food to eliminate evidence. It may sound
unreal to the world; but it is fact of life of us Khmers.

Tim Sakhan came to Minnesota on 7/ 11/ 2010. Along with Tim Sakhan, there
were three (3) Buddhist monks: The other two (2) Buddhist monks were being
arrested in Kampuchea Krom and tortured in Hanoi's prison as well. These three
( 3) Buddhist monks were releaved because the world body, including: UN, NGO,
Kampuchea Krom Organization, Human Rights, the US Congress, etc, putting
pressure on Hanoi. Thach Sarong came to Minnesota as well. He is from Canada.
 He was originally from Kampchea.

Tim Sakhan and two other Buddhist monks are now in Stockholm, Swedden. Tim
Sakhan lives to tell, and he may not live enough to tell due to the Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder ( PTSD) and other physical endurances from the
torture. Due to the severelly negative effect of the poisonous drugs, he may
die soon. Hanoi and Hun Sen are not happy about Tim Sakhan's survival. Follow
the drugs all the way to the UN.
