You need to set the REST_URL_POSTFIX property before sending the
message out. To test this you can use the Property mediator to set the
REST_URL_POSTFIX with a fixed value. What match mediator does is
extracting the url from the incoming url.

Shindig is here[1] and we do not have an svn extern to that location from
trunk/carbon/dependencies/. So if we checking out from dependencies from
trunk and do the build, we do not get it.
