We will be done with Chunk 2 this week. And we have already identified and fixed some critical bugs on chunk 1. So we need to do a 3.2.0 of Carbon - as there are some API changes into Carbon core (Azeez to elaborate) Shall we do Chunk 3 based on 3.2.0? That is ESB and BAM, they will not have 3.1

Hi all, Now that 3.1.0 chunk1 has been released, we need to get along with fixing some critical issues that we left over to be patched. Some of these issues require API and design changes, where as some require new features. Therefore, we have decided to go for Carbon 3.2.0 soon after Carbon 3.1.0
