Hi,
I faced the following issue when building carbon/service-stubs/ with Maven
3.0.3, and a fresh repo. The log is given below. This error is not produced
in Maven 2.
As I found out, the issue was that Maven3 doesn't identify the carbon root
pom, ie. org.wso2.carbon:carbon-platform. A workaround
using the above command you just said. The workaround in the
previous mail was somewhat easier because even the editing of the pom at m2
repo is optional. Lot of guys are having this issue.
Thanks,

With maven3, can we build the trunk from carbon root pom for the first
time with fresh repo?
Thanks,
Kishanthan.

Hi Nirmal,
This is error is possibly due to an incorrectly built stub. Apparently, the
stub for package org.wso2.carbon.stratos.common.packages.stub has never
generated in your case. Make sure that the relevant project that is
responsible for generating this stub in service-stubs has no issue
/Harshana any idea what could be
the issue?

Hi,
I have started to build Carbon. Now I've ran in to an issue when building
carbon/dependencies/carbon-p2-plugin. The log is given below. Any idea on
how to proceed please?
I faced some test failures when building from carbon/ as well. So, I have
opted to build it with tests skipped. But this
