1) org.mvel:mvel2:jar:2.0.16
Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.mvel -DartifactId=mvel2
-Dversion=2.0.16 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/
components/cep fails due to the same issue...
