same instructions, doing an online build now for carbon-core, will see how

Remove the existing neethi-2.0.4.wso2v2 artifacts from the local m2
repository and do an online build. I guess most of us who has built Carbon
3.1.0 branch has this intermediate neethi artifact which does not contain
the correct OSGi version range.

but there was a problem with the OSGi range mentioned in the MANIFEST.MF
(IIRC it was saying 2.0.4 instead of 2.0.4-wso2v2). He was able to get the
build done after removing the jar from the repo and doing an onli

I managed to build the Carbon Core yesterday night. I was not a one-checkout
one-build, but after struggling for sometime, it finally built off the
default profiles. By the way, you need to do an online build.

I just had a look at this test case. But it doesn't fail on my local
machine. So to get the build going on builder machine, I've temporary
excluded this test case. And also I've created a JIRA [1] on this and
assigned it to DimuthuL.
