Hi all, I've created Carbon 3.1.0 [1] and Stratos 1.0.0 [2] branches. Internal branches for apache dependencies can be found at [3]. I've not given wso2 versions for those dependencies yet. Product teams should update the versions in relevant projects. And also update all references to these new versions. I will be fixing Axis2 and Axiom versions to start with.
