Hi Milinda,
Asela, AmilaJ, and I were able to find a solution to this issue for UM
Kernel and Registry Kernel. This has been fixed on both the branch and the
trunk. It seems that your code is not up-to-date, please do check again with
a new build.

Registry and caching folks, please have a look at this. This happens when
there's a existing ServiceGroup in the registry with the same name as the
new service which is going to added.
