The structure inside products in carbon svn is not in sync with each other. Everyone has done it in "our way". That is not in sync with our platform vision. Even stuff like doc generation and site.xml has their own formats.
There are many more inconsistencies, I would not want to waste time writing them all down here - have a look at the products folder.
