What is Axis2NodeManager ? and why its authentication is handled in
a different way within AuthenticationHandler [2] ?.
To my understanding the Axis2NodeManager comes from axis2. The
constant NODE_MANAGER_SERVICE is defined in
org.apache.axis2.clustering.ClusteringConstants [1].
