Security folks,
Do we need these JARs? They are not to be found in CARBON_HOME/lib but the
shell batch scripts add these non-existent JARs to the classpath.

bcprov was required to be in CARBON_HOME/lib in 2.0.x..
This ships with wss4j bundle - and I guess we can remove this from
.sh/.bat files. Sameera, please confirm...
