It seems i need some some additional tables that are specific for stratos.
so if someone has it just let me know or tell me how to get backup from
private cloud.

Did you get a DB dump. I can generate some data in my local setup and and
give you a mysql dump if you want.

These days i'm working with throttling component and i need to test new
feature. so i need wso2bam_db with full set of data. but i was unable to
build all products completely and fill up those database tables so if some
