UNECE is a UN published identifier codes of international locations. I suggest
that we just leave it there as options for institutions that might need them.
I think it is better to add the field "zipcode" or "zip" in the table. Of
course the use of zip data is again option

Another suggestion : what about using a list for the field 'title' instead of
an open text. It could be more easy to fill the form in the person
