in this case, you go to the outpatient clinic assigned to the patient (not to
the ward this time). To go to the outpatient clinic, just follow this:

Thanks...now as far as I understand, you have to admit
the patient as "Inpatient" to assign to a ward -
correct? If that's the case, how do you handle notes
for an "Outpatient" patient who can't get assigned to
a ward? I did the Inpatient way and could add notes
through the ward, but now I'm lost
