I don't think "just the font" will do you much good. My best guess would be
to switch the language controller from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8. This should be
done at the APACHE httpd.conf and (if you use it) the phpMyAdmin
config.inc.php.

I've fixed this prob. Firstly; you have to discharge the patient. And
after that you go to the ECombill to search the patients and make the
bill for them.
