i have downloaded the new beta 2.1.6 and extracted it but I couldn't even start the installation. After I typed the url ( http://localhost/care216/installer/) First I got this error:

Then I refreshed the page and got this error:
FATAL: InstallerEngine: Invalid configuration object passed in!
