Hello all,
I use Pixelmed (http://www.pixelmed.com) as a DICOM-Viewer. It's not
true GPL, but distributed under a similar licence by the author. It's
Java based and runs under Windows and Linux (and probably also under
Mac Os X).

Unfortunately there is no registry where Care2x is used and about the
size of the hospitals. People get the project, customise it for their
needs and use it. Some of them send back mails with little information
and here is how the news are formed. There is nothing in more details.

The problem would be much deeper... It is very strange that
$writable_dir variable is an empty string (not null). This look similar
to the initial problem of Diego with the older version of Care2x. I
suspect that there is something wrong with the configuration of the PHP
engine.

Of course, other viewers can be added. The only requirement is that
their license is gpl-compatible and they are platform independent.

Plugins are not yet i18n aware. One can use them in different language
in a way exactly you did. Actually, this should not be a big deal to be
done. It would be the same way as the other part of Care2x.

That is also a good piint, the adding or subtractions of beds in a room
and even adding a room to a ward... maybe this module could be more
flexible in the management of rooms and beds, and maybe (i think it
should) it can be moved to admin module (just the adding off
wards/beds/rooms..
