Anyone who knows why there is a 'Pharmacy Billing' section in the list
access page? Is it part of ecombill or a missing module?

The wiki is for some unknown reason not editable. Also, all admin users got
lost
from the database. So, nobody can reconfigure the wiki via online interface.
