For some reason, the db password is not getting saved correctly. If you are
using mysql on the local machine, a configuration setting will let you bypass
the password. The default setup of MySQL does NOT have a password for the

The installer that we are using from MirrorMed is very terse, and not closely
coupled with the Care2x project. Kaloyan and Latorilla have done a great job
making it work with the project, but it hit a brick wall with Win32 and PHP5.
