Axis cameras are nice but steep priced for general documentation looking
in the 75-125 range. My vision is that when documenting the care 2x
user would open the database to where the image will be collect there by
creating the relationship to the image and topic of that documentation.

Regarding the webcam check the www.axis.com. They have network cameras that
are really cool and could help you with some of this. Also the cameras alone
have software in java and activex.
