using the code from the github repository that I linked to a while
back? We have done a lot of work cleaning up that code.
I very much suspect the problem that you are having is due to your PHP

In care2x-tz pharmacy module=Drug prescription=when i click select
patient it shows error like this i posted here.
Similarly for medocs module it shows same error .
In Admission medical services,notes reports when i click it shows same
error some time it shows access it denied like
