i have to appologize for my last mail. It was meant as sending private
and containts some personal feelings that have normaly not to go
through the mailinglist. But included are unspoken personal feelings of
mine.

All this is very interesting as a marketing tool for consultants towards future
clients.
I'd like to build up a information database where consultants can share ideas on how

persuaded clients [or at least tried to persuade them].

thanks for the bug report. Here is the solution to that:
a) Open the /include/care_api_classes/class_personell.php
b) Locate the "_getOCDutyPlan()" method (line: 341)
c) Locate the sql query below it (line: 347)
d) Replace the sql query with the following:
