It's not clear why you would want or need to do this. The CAS client
_never_ creates tickets; ticket creation and management is managed
entirely by the CAS server. Are you sure you have a clear

by validating ticket( ST-1-u4hrm3td92cLxpCvrjylcas.example.com) ,but I need
to Validate that SAMLResponse and create a TGT , ST .
