I updated CAS from version 6.6.7 to 6.6.8.
In Redis before tickets was of the form:

and now they are of the form:
CAS_TI
I am in version 6.6.0 for the case-management, the properties have not
changed?

Hello, with the exact same issue, we try with versions 6.2.6 / 6.2.7 /
6.3.1 but still the same problem. Did you solved it and how ? thank you
