You can isolate the web application by changing the class loading hierarchy
to PARENT_LAST through websphere admin console.

Yes, you can use OpenSign (http://www.openoces.org/) to achieve this. It
uses digital signature process to check public key, so a student
certificate should be able to sign data. If your ID card is a standard
keystore can be used by IE, firefox and safari, it will be easy to
achieve your goal.

Just today, I succesfully tested ClearPass 1.05GA with CAS 3.4.3.1, so
I'm relatively sure it will also work with 3.4.3.

server problem with attribute release. Quite the contrary, I see all
the right signs:
