We used 3.4.5 using MySQL as the backend for everything behind the F5 in a standard round-robin LB setup. We since moved on to 3.5.2, with 2 nodes using Priority Group Activation, so if the primary falls down, the secondary kicks in. Everyone will need to re-auth, but, it’s a small price to pay
