If you're just wanting to play around with it, the easiest might be to just directly replace the QuADCs in the rev306 design with iADCs from the library, but only use 1/4 of the time-series outputs on each ADC (effectively reducing your sample rate by 4). Then tie the extra PFB unused inputs to constant zeros. I've attached an untested model file where i've done this for you, but I haven't tested it and don't even know if it'll compile.
I have modified the rev. 306 to what quite close as your suggestion. compiled OK. We will give a try to have a sense of packetized correlator.
