In case someone else runs into this... I just had this issue that after
'loading' all the blocksets into Simulink and selecting them in the
browser, it only showed 'No Blocks'. I'm not sure of the cause, but it
turns out I simply needed to change the permissions on /tmp/LibraryBrowser
to a+rwx.

One thing you can try is to start matlab without loading the yellow blocks,
open the model file and add them in fresh from the library, save and return
to normal usage.
