Dear Casper-ites,

At the University of Washington, Seattle, we are using a new technique to
measure nuclear beta decay spectra and search for hints of new physics by
measuring cyclotron radiation frequencies of betas in magnetic fields of a
few Tesla. The technique requires measurements in the tens of GHz range
with few GHz bandwidth. I think people in Casper have the right background
to help this experiment move forward. I hope some of you can consider
