where do I can get the Signal Processing Blockset or DSP System Toolbox by
matlab 2012b?. This toolbox is required only for yellow-blocks . I will
like to test a spectrometer design witih of adc cards asiaa_adc5g.

The licenses for blocksets and toolboxes that come with Matlab can be
purchased the same way you purchased your Matlab license (varies by
institution). You can download them from the mathworks website but in
order to use them you must have the licenses in place.
