Hi Eswar, Your Schema is NOT the W3C XML Schema 1.0 Recommendation. You are using an older Working Draft version. You need to upgrade your Schema to be compatible with the W3C XML Schema 1.0 Recommendation. I noticed you are using XML SPY, so you probably need to upgrade you XML SPY so that it
