...just reported 9:09am to CayugaRBA by Tom Johnson with Chris Wood, Jessie Barry, and BC(?).Seneca Meadows is on Black Brook Rd south of NYS-318, north of Seneca Falls. There are lots of trails through grassland and by marshes. I don't know details of where the birds are.--Dave Nutter

Heydi Lopes and I just found a male (molting) Ruff on the North End of the East
Pond at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge.
