I saw the hummer again today, about 3:30pm. I happened to be within about 5 feet of the feeder when it showed up (working on winterizing an exterior door, no camera handy). I got a better look and did indeed see a rusty hue on its side when it perched on the feeder. I didn't get a good look a

Good morning, I checked Dryden Lake this morning for about an hour. Waterbird numbers are picking up slightly, highlighted by 1 Cackling Goose, 1 Northern Pintail, 4 Ring-necked Ducks and 4 Ruddy Ducks. The biggest surprise was a fairly late SWAINSON'S THRUSH, which was on the southeast side of
