Found the first on a wire ~25yards South of Seybolt and Canoga Rds ~2:55PM. It
flew down as I passed and came up with prey. It perched for a minute in the
tree on the East side of road and then flew low to the East.
I continued to the bait ponds and another was perched on a low bush.
