Looks like a pectoral sandpiper.

An American Golden Plover, correct me if I am wrong, was working the edge
of the first pool close to the road to the west before arriving at the
visitor's center parking lot at MNWR at about 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. today. I
will post photos later tonight on Ebird.
