3-4 years ago a pea hen showed up at our place, eventually joining our flock of
chickens. We contacted neighbors near and far and did not find anyone to be
missing a peahen. It is still part of our flock. If you don’t find its
rightful home, we’d be interested in giving it a home. --Marty

40 years ago, we lost a white peacock - it wandered away from our ‘farmette’ on
W. Niemi Rd., W. Dryden.

which has been identified recently in snow geese collected from Montezuma. The
strain of AI from those geese has not been identified yet but should be soon.
