Recent posting of Montezuma Sedge Wrens piques my curiosity. Though I knew it as the Short-billed Marsh Wren in my Cayuga Basin days, I always considered it to be a nomadic, ephemeral, late-breeding species. Similar to Cedar Waxwings in that regard, but even more so and rarer in the basin. Ha
