This is one of the domestic ducks that was dumped and people are currently trying to rescue. They have successfully captured a couple of them Not a wild hybrid. I am going to copy the other people concerned with your email, perhaps someone will want to contact you to help them locate this holdout.

There has been a flock of mostly black domestic/barnyard ducks that were dumped at Beebe sometime over the summer.
