The Montezuma visitor center pool has nice habitat at the moment and is littered with shorebirds, including 75 LEAST SANDPIPERS, dozens of both yellowlegs, 2 PECTORAL SANDPIPERS, 1 DUNLIN, and a transitional but mostly alternate STILT SANDPIPER, always a rare bird in the spring.
