I found this breeding plumaged Ruff at Larue’s Lagoon on the drive at MNWR.  I 
watched it for awhile.  Then Mark Miller showed up and he took some more 
photos.  I posted it with BirdLog NA.   I called others to come and look but 
the bird flew off to the north.
