I’d like to invite everyone to the gala opening of my photo exhibition

“Our Feathered Neighbors: Birds of Salt Point and Lansing”

When: Wednesday, March 9, 6:00-8:00 pm

Where: Lansing Community Library, Lansing NY.

******

Salt Point has become a popular spot for birds, birders, and nature-lovers,
while Myers Point has long been a birding hotspot. Together with Cayuga Lake
and the Lansing countryside, our region is home to many beautiful birds that
lead fascinating lives.

The Lansing Community Library will host an exhibition featuring colorful
songbirds, owls, hawks and water birds photographed at Salt Point and in and
around Lansing by renowned wildlife photographer Marie Read. If you can't make
the opening, the exhibit will run through the months of March and April, during
regular library hours.

Come to the Gala Opening, to meet and chat with the photographer. Refreshments
will be served. Free and open to the public.

The Lansing Community Library is located at 27 Auburn Road (Rte 34/34B),
Lansing NY. This event is co-sponsored by the Friends of Salt Point.

I'll send out a reminder early next week.
Hope to see many of you there.
