I have had some fun new yard birds this week.

About a half an hour ago, I heard a Louisianna Waterthrush in the creek across
the road.  I believe I heard it a few days ago as well, but was able to hear it
better and confirm it this morning.

There has also been a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker drumming in the woods in my back
yard for the past 4 days.

I have seen a Ruffed Grouse on two occasions and just heard it again this
morning.

Cheers,

Shannon Haskins
Caroline
