We had two sand hill cranes fly over today. They circled once, leading us to
believe they were going to land, but they continued flying west.

I was surprised to see a rare (for us) yard bird on the patio and
surrounds, an Ovenbird.
Actually, we have seen one in the past a time or two in fall (and,
spring, if I remember correctly).
We have a woodchip path and that seems to be a draw.
We're on West Hill in the city.
