*Must-haves * 5-7 years of experience of quality assurance testing for web applications 4+ most recent years in heavy automation testing for web applications Strong experience in HP Quality Center or ALM (this is where they will execute and write test cases) Strong/expert experience with QTP and VBscripting VERY strong experience in testing API’s – preferably with ALM Strong knowledge or previous experience with HP Loadrunner for performance testing Experience or strong working knowledge of java Excellent Communication and critical thinking skills Self-Starter and independent work ethic Bachelor’s Degree __________________________________________________________________________ *Local to Minneapolis,MN or Windsor, Connecticut* *Requirement for Test Automation (Must Have) * Five (5) to Seven (7) years of Software Testing experience. 5 years of experience in QA Automation using HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) Familiar with automation frameworks and building test scripts from scratch. Extensive background in QA methodologies and experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites for system software Knowledgeable of software development cycle (design, code, source control, quality assurance, test and deployment). Experience with relational database products such as MS SQL Server. Excellent oral and written communications skills Experience in Agile methodology is a Plus. Experience in SOAPUI testing is a Plus. ________________________________________________________________________________ *Local to Minneapolis,MN or Windsor, Connecticut* *Requirement for Manual Testing (Highly desired) * 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, hands-on testing of custom developed applications and/or packaged software implementations. Ability to interact with business stakeholders and work to meet their testing objectives. Expertise with Defect Management Tools preferably HPQC or HPALM.
