Duration: 6-8 Months.* The Worker will serve throughout the business process review, business requirements gathering, design, development, test, deployment and production monitoring phases of this project. Documentation of the Program business processes will be a critical part of the IMPACT Modernization Project. It is also important to document changes so that they can be integrated into policy and training.
