The primary engagement is to analyze to systems, data map between them, design the ETL mechanisms, and work with .Net developers in building ETL processes to move data between two large, yet different, financial payment systems (Oracle to SQL). We are migrating between two different systems, each with its own suite of products and modules. The migration process will be built using C# and will have some limited user interface. The system may be designed to interface with web services to move data. Tools such as Informatica or Ab Initio *will not be used*, however, experience using such tools is a plus. *Required Technical Skills* 1. Extensive database experience in the following area of expertise: - proven experience handling complex data migrations - reverse engineering data models and relational databases - extensive data mapping and transformation logic experience - extensive ETL process creation experience - data modeling and architecting 1.
